Phoenix North Mountain has been one of my favorite places to play music and hike since I moved to the Valley of the Sun in 1990. Now, the beautiful visitor center and museum hosts regular events open to the public for education and preservation of North Mountain. They are gracious to honor local authors and creators of fine art and photography by displaying and selling their craft. Being a new author, I am delighted to have Autumn's On Its Way on the shelves at North Mountain and to be included in the Authors Day. I hope you drop by and enjoy a morning of hiking the mountain trails and visiting the center to meet the authors and support the preservation of North Mountain.
It's always a delight to sing and play for the caregivers and their charges at Pinal County Council on Aging.
